After you rescue Igor, go to
the inn and sit down. Do nothing. (Bella must be on the screen for this)
Wait a lot of time. Eventually, you'll see Bella lift weights.

When you're outside Baba Yaga's
house, look at the mortar & pestle. The narrator will say that it looks
like it belongs to a frontier pharmacist, referring Freddy Pharkas, who
is also a frontier pharmacist.

Try to pick the lock of Dr.
Cranium's front door (yes, the one with the doorbells). The message "Naughty"
will appear under the nose. BTW, try to pick the nose above the door too.
